- Automated follow-ups that stop when someone replies; replies land in your inbox
Every digital footprint of every brick-and-mortar business, resolved into one record and checked source by source.
See how it worksBegin with the sales outcome, business type, geography, examples, and exclusions. Describe those in ordinary language in AI search. If the list will receive email, specify that the businesses must have an email address.
Review the filters and map before saving. Correct the location, remove obvious category errors, and keep the audience broad enough to learn from responses. Avoid making uncertain fields or missing social profiles hard requirements unless your results show they matter.
Organize each list around a clear premise, such as a business category and market, neighborhood, property, or offer. Give it a name that identifies the category, market, and purpose. Put materially different categories in separate campaigns so each receives relevant messaging.
In the Communication Center, filter by list, lead status, replies, and Last Activity. You can select businesses and save them as a new list, add them to an existing list, or create a campaign. Replies stop automated follow-ups, and removal requests exclude the business from future campaigns in your account.
What to do
- Define the outcome, target business type, geography, examples, and exclusions.
- Enter that description in AI search and include required contact fields, such as email.
- Inspect the generated filters, results, and map; correct the geography and obvious mismatches.
- Save the list with a category-market-purpose name and use separate campaigns for materially different audiences.
- Use the Communication Center to track replies and status, then export contacted businesses when needed for calls, mail, mapping, or CRM follow-up.
Related questions
How can I tell which businesses I already contacted?
Use contact-status filters and the Communication Center's list, reply, and Last Activity filters. Business Details shows the emails sent and received for an individual business.
Can I add businesses to an existing list or campaign?
Yes. In the Communication Center, select the businesses and choose whether to save a new list, add them to an existing list, or create a campaign.
How narrow should each list be?
Use one coherent premise and separate materially different categories. Choose the geography based on the practical market, inspect it on the map, and avoid applying one fixed radius to every campaign.
