Answers for anyone selling to local businesses

How do Resquared's daily email sending limits work?

Your daily sending allowance is specific to your account or plan, and each email sent, including an automated follow-up, uses that allowance. When available capacity is in use, Resquared queues scheduled messages for later sending windows.

Active campaigns share the available sending capacity. Launching another campaign does not create extra capacity, so its initial emails and follow-ups join the same sending queue.

Sending is distributed across separate domains and inboxes at low volume to protect deliverability. If one campaign is urgent, pause lower-priority campaigns so the urgent messages can move through the queue first.

Use Scheduled Emails in the Communication Center to review upcoming messages and unschedule them when needed. Weekend sending is optional and applies to future campaigns created after you enable the setting.

When a business replies, it is automatically removed from that campaign. Any remaining automated follow-ups to that business are canceled.

What to do

  1. Contact support to confirm the sending allowance and allocation for your account.
  2. Review Scheduled Emails in the Communication Center to see upcoming messages.
  3. Pause lower-priority campaigns when an urgent campaign needs the available capacity.
  4. Ask support to review your account if you need a higher limit.
