Resquared
How sending works

How Resquared sends your emails

Your campaigns go out on Resquared's own sending network, never from your company domain or your mailbox. Here is how that works and why it keeps your email reputation safe.

Does Resquared send from my domain or my mailbox?

No. Campaigns go out from the Resquared domain network: domains and inboxes that Resquared owns, sets up and manages. Your company domain and your own mailbox are never used to send.

That means nothing sent through Resquared can put your company domain on a blacklist or hurt the reputation of the address you use with your customers.

Your company domain

  • Your everyday email with customers and partners
  • Where replies to your campaigns arrive
  • Never sends a campaign email

  • Many domains and inboxes, owned and managed by Resquared
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, warmed before use
  • Each address sends only a handful a day, monitored continuously
Two separate worlds. Your company domain keeps doing your everyday email; outreach goes out on the Resquared network.

Why not send from my own domain?

Google, Microsoft and Yahoo keep raising the bar for anyone who sends outreach email. A company domain that suddenly sends a lot of first-time emails gets flagged, and once its reputation drops, your everyday email to customers and partners can start landing in spam too.

The standard advice is to never send cold outreach from your primary domain. Doing it safely on a separate domain takes real work: authentication records, weeks of warming, clean lists, constant monitoring, and switching addresses when one gets burned. Resquared does all of that for you on its own network.

Who sets up and authenticates the sending domains?

Resquared does. The domains are registered and managed by Resquared, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication in place, so receiving mail servers can confirm the email is legitimate and that nobody is spoofing it. There is no DNS work on your side.

Are the inboxes warmed up?

Yes. New sending addresses are warmed up gradually before they carry campaign volume, so mailbox providers see them as established senders rather than brand new ones. You never have to warm anything up yourself.

How is sending spread out?

Your campaign is spread across many sending addresses on the network instead of piling its volume onto one. Each address sends only a handful of emails a day, with time between them, which is how a person working through their own outreach sends email.

Most emails go out during business hours, when owners are at work and reading their inbox.

Is deliverability monitored?

Yes. Resquared tracks reputation and inbox placement across the sending network continuously, so campaigns keep landing in the inbox. You do not need to watch blacklists or bounce rates yourself.

What do the emails look like?

Short, plain-looking emails written for one business at a time. They read like a note from a person, not a newsletter, which is what mailbox providers and business owners both expect from a first email.

Does my name show on the emails?

Yes. Your name is the sender name the business sees. The address underneath is a general one on a Resquared sending domain, for example outreach@ or contact@, never an address with your company domain in it.

Your name and your company appear in the email itself and in the signature, so the business knows exactly who is reaching out.

Where do replies go?

To your own inbox. When a business writes back, Resquared forwards the reply to your email with the business set as the reply-to address, so you answer it the way you answer any email. The reply also shows in your Resquared account.

When you answer, that one-to-one reply comes from your own address, like any normal conversation. Only the first outreach emails go out from the Resquared network.

1. The business replies

"Yes, can you send a quote for our two offices?"

Dr. Patel, Maple Dental

2. Forwarded to you

The reply lands in your own inbox.

Reply-to: the business. It also shows in your Resquared account.

3. You answer

Hit reply like any email.

It goes from your own address straight to Dr. Patel.

A reply goes from the business to the Resquared network, then straight to your own inbox with the business as the reply-to. Your answer comes from your own address.

What protects my brand?

Your company domain never sends a campaign email, so its reputation is untouched. The emails go out under your name, one business at a time, at a human pace, and every reply comes back to your own inbox. If a sending address on the network ever has a problem, it affects that address, not your company's email.
